HOTEL INFORMATION
The Waldorf Hilton has an illustrious history dating back almost a century. Since its opening in 1908, the Waldorf has dominated the Aldwych skyline and is a living tribute to its Edwardian creators. Today, it is a Grade II listed building, a jewel of Aldwych. The hotel’s 58-metre (190-feet) frontage boasts 8 granite columns and balustrades, as well as 2 roof domes. There are 2 famous theatres located on the hotel's corners: Novello Theatre on the west wing and the Aldwych Theatre on the east wing.
In the past few years the hotel has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme to restore the property to its former glory, complemented by a contemporary feel and the latest technology for the modern-day guest.
The Waldorf Hilton is proud to be celebrating its 100-year anniversary in 2008 and thrilled to welcome guests to this magnificent building during such a special time.

The Waldorf's restaurant, Homage, is designed to be relaxed, glamorous and with its unique position on the Aldwych, a little theatrical. The Homage Grand Salon restaurant features Louis XVI-style decor, with original Ionic columns and a walk-in wine cabinet.
