If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

All children under 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged GBP 35 per night per person for extra beds.
