We're continually improving the hotel to make your stay even better. The hotel was renovated in October 2006. We are now entirely a non-smoking property.

By Air / Train (from Heathrow Airport): Take the Heathrow Express service to Paddington, then take the London Underground (the tube) to Euston Square Station, via the Circle Line. The hotel is situated right above the tube station. Take the exit towards Euston Railway Station. When you come up on the stairs, the hotel is just behind you. Alternatively, a taxi from Paddington takes about 10 minutes.

The hotel operates a strict no smoking policy throughout the entire property. An identity card and valid credit card are required upon check-in for security reasons. Payment for your stay will be taken upon check-in. Bookings of 6 or more rooms will be considered a group. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. Another non-refundable deposit is due 10 days prior to the arrival date. The amount can be arranged on the credit card details provided as guarantee. An alternative method of deposit payment can be arranged directly with the hotel (bank transfer, cash or cheques).
