This small hotel within walking distance of the city centre offers comfortable accommodation and a lively adjoining bar, popular with students and locals alike. A warm welcome awaits at reception which is serviced by a friendly bar team. The bedrooms are modern and bright in decor, with many overlooking the Bruntsfield Links, a beautiful stretch of parkland spanning 35 acres, which is extremely popular in the summer time for locals and visitors, and is home to the oldest short-hole golf course in the world. Breakfast is served in the bar area, which serves food day and night. Meals can also be enjoyed al fresco in the beer garden located to the front of the hotel and bar.

The Links Hotel & Bar is made up of 3 adjoining and traditionally designed town houses, modernised to create 26 bedrooms over 3 floors. The reception area/lounge is run by the bar staff and is located on the ground floor, where guests can relax. On-street parking is limited near to the hotel and noise from the bar can affect some bedrooms. Due to the nature of the building, the hotel unfortunately does not have a lift.

The Links Bar, located on the ground floor and where breakfast is served, is a popular bar where you can watch live sporting events. The bar has a modern appeal with strong emphasis on sports. There is a large games room and an outside beer garden. Open from 09:00 until 01:00, with full food service available throughout the day and evening.
