This comfortable B&B is a 15-minute walk from Edinburgh city centre. It has a great location in a residential part of town with friendly service and a good breakfast. Edinburgh International Convention Centre (EICC) and Haymarket Station are a 2-minute walk away. Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, Kings Theatre can be reached in a 15-minute walk. The independent 2-star hotel has 45 bedrooms all with small en suite shower rooms. On the ground floor is a breakfast room, cosy lounge and modern seating area where there is internet access and tea and coffee. Parking in Grove Street is possible between 18:00 and 08:00.

* The Herald House is located in the Fountain Bridge area of the city which is only a two minute walk from the Edinburgh International Convention Centre and 15 minutes walk to Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle. * Haymarket sation is also just a seven minute walk from the hotel. * Check in is at 3pm and Check out 11am - although luggage can be left at any time of the day. * Due to the many restaurants in the area the hotel only offers a breakfast operation, although a small lounge area is open from 5pm serving beverages and snacks for our guests. * Please note that the Herald House is a Non-smoking hotel and no smoking is permitted in the public areas and guest bedrooms.

The hotel is located in the Haymarket district of the city centre, close to the West End. From Haymarket walk up Morrison Street towards the eicc. Just before this take a right into Grove Street. The Hotel is located 500 yards on the right at the end.
