All rooms have a TV with multi channels, and most rooms have flat-screen digital TVs with multi-channels and radio stations. All rooms have bath with shower over bath. Most rooms have either trouser press or iron and board (iron can be obtained via reception if not in your room). Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer. The Kings Manor is a mobility friendly hotel with all public areas on the ground floor. However some bedrooms are not accessible by lift. If you have any mobility difficulties please let the hotel know prior to your arrival so that a suitable room can be allocated.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 25 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Continental breakfast costs GBP 10 per person per night. Full English breakfast costs GBP 12.50 per person per night.
