From the city centre of Cardiff: Take the A48 east in the direction of Newport. After approximately 3 kilometres, you will see the brown signs for the hotel and you take the exit for Pentwyn, following the brown signs. From the M4: Exit at junction 30 and follow all the way down. You will find 2 roundabouts. Take the direction for the city centre and before you arrive at the third roundabout, you will find the brown signs for the hotel.

The Restaurant Café Bistro offers a daily 2-course menu and a French à la carte selection. Lunch and dinner are available. There is a choice of daily specials. During the summer season, there is often an hors d'oeuvre buffet.

Late arrivals: guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23.00 hrs. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23.00 hrs. If you can’t change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to arrival. Customers are advised that there is a slope on the car park, assistance with luggage will be provided to guest upon request.
