By Car: - From the M55, drive directly to the Promenade. - From here, head north (keeping the sea on your left). - On reaching the only roundabout, take the 2nd exit (Warbreck Hill Road). - After about 30 metres, Holmfield Road will be on the left. By Train: - Arriving at Blackpool North Station, you will find taxis just outside.

Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 09:15. A cooked full English breakfast is available daily. A vegetarian version, or other lighter options, can also be requested.

Other Information: If you plan to arrive earlier than 14:00 or later than 22:00, please contact the hotel in advance to discuss arrangements ( for example, storage of luggage prior to checking-in or advice for problem-free parking for late arrivals). Whilst the hotel has a strict non-smoking policy, it is possible to smoke on the front terrace, where seating is provided. Group bookings of 8 people or more reqire a £20.00 deposit per person, which is non-refundable. If the reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival then no further charges would be incurred. If cancelled with less than 7 days notice, or in case of a no-showthe total amount of the booking will be charged. The credit card used to pay the deposit would be pre-authorised at the time of reservation.
