The Doric Hotel - Blackpool

On Blackpool’s more popular Queens Promenade, with breathtaking views over the Irish Sea, the Doric Hotel offers free parking and great facilities including indoor and outdoor pools. Guests have unlimited use of the hotel’s impressive leisure facilities, which include a heated outdoor pool with a large surrounding patio area for sunbathing. The outdoor pool is open during the summer months. The indoor facilities are open all year round and include a heated plunge pool, a sauna, a steam room and a spa. Entertainment is provided in the hotel each evening, with something to entertain and amuse everyone. Each of the 103 en suite rooms is comfortable and well maintained. All rooms have TVs, radios and tea/coffee making facilities. Two passenger lifts service all floors.

Relaxation is the key in one of our leisure areas. Enjoy the indoor pool area with sauna, spa and steam room, and the outdoor pool area with log cabin sauna. The sun conservatory features a large sun bathing patio.

By Car From the M6: - Take junction 32 onto the M55. - Exit the M55 at junction 3 and turn right at the roundabout, signposted to Fleetwood (A585). - At the first set of lights, turn left following signs for Blackpool. - At the next set of lights, go straight ahead following signs for Blackpool (A586). - At the first roundabout, turn right signposted to Fleetwood (A587). - Continue over the railway bridge then turn left at the lights signposted Promenade (B5265). - Continue forward at the roundabout. At the next roundabout, turn right onto the promenade. - We are approximately 0.5 miles on the right By Train: We are situated approximately 1.5 miles from Blackpool North railway station.

Your daily dining experience starts with a full English and buffet-style breakfast. Bar snacks are available between 11:30 and 23:30. Your evening meal is taken from our table d'hôte menu, which is prepared by our kitchen team, headed by Mr Steven Glover, All dishes are prepared from as much local fresh produce as possible. We also cater for all types of dietary requirements (inform reception when booking or on arrival) and have a children’s menu. Our bars are fully stocked with beers and spirits from around the world and a wine list to complement our menus.
