Phoenix Guest House - Blackpool

Phoenix Guest House is small, friendly and central, just yards from seafront parking. Enjoy sea views from the garden, guest lounge and 1 family room. The main attractions are 10 minutes away, including theatres, clubs, the cinema, central pier, Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens. It is a short tram ride to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park and South Pier on the South Shore. Even with these locations close by, you can still enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep, as Phoenix caters for families, couples and small groups only. Phoenix Guest House cannot accept pets, groups aged under 25, or hen/stag parties.

By Car - From the Promenade continue north (sea on left), past the Tower and North Pier, and take the 3rd right onto Cocker Street (just after crossing the tram lines). - The ‘pay and display’ car park is located on the Promenade/Cocker Street, and the hotel is located on the right after the car park. By Train Take the train to North Shore station, and walk towards the Promenade/town centre until Dickson Road. Turn right and continue past 'Funny Girls' for 300 yards, and Cocker Street is located on the left. By Bus Take the bus to Talbot Road bus station and follow the directions above along Dickson Road.

Our dining room comfortably seats up to 20 people, and we are proud of our traditional, full English breakfast which satisfies our guests and sets them up for Blackpool's multitude of attractions and activities. Breakfast is available at an additional cost.

Parking Information: Low-cost parking is available at a pay-and-display car park nearby. Stag parties, hen parties, or groups of under 25-year-olds are not accepted.
