Mardale Guest House - Edinburgh

Mardale Guest House is in the quiet, residential Brunstsfield area, 1 mile (1.6 km) south-west of Edinburgh city centre. Walk through the Meadows to the historic Royal Mile. The Victorian terraced villa retains much of its original charm and features. All bedrooms are different and have their own character. Frequent buses run from nearby to Princes Street. A leisurely walk to the city centre will take about 20 minutes. The Mardale is well-located for universities, the EICC, theatres, the castle and city-centre sightseeing.

From Waverley Station; from bus stop near Scott Monument in Princess Street bus no.10 To Gilmore Place/Viewforth-Hartington Place 2nd on right of Viewforth. Or bus no'S.11,15,16,17 To Bruntsfield Place/Viewforth- Hartington Place 3rd. On left of Viewforth. Or Taxi direct. By Road from City by-pass (A720) Take A702 towards City centre, from Bruntsfield Place (A702) turn left into Viewforth-Hartington Place 2nd. on left. From Airport; Airport bus to City centre, then Taxi or bus as from Waverley Station.
