Breakfast: A continental breakfast is included in the price for all guests. This includes a range of cereals such as muesli and cornflakes that are portion wrapped. There are also freshly baked rolls, croissants and chocolate croissants. These are complemented by a selection of jam portions including strawberry, raspberry and honey. You can also choose from a selection of German, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, English or Polish sliced cheese and ham. Tinned grapefruit, bottled mineral water, orange or apple juice, organic yogurt and a choice of fresh fruit are also available, along with fresh milk, fresh coffee, hot chocolate or tea. A full organic English breakfast is also available at an additional cost, though this must be ordered the night before. Drinks: The Ingledene Guest House is licensed to serve alcoholic drinks and beverages to guests from between 12:00 and 23:00. A drinks menu, including price list, is on display at reception. Evening Meals: Evening meals are served between 18:00 and 21:00 and must be booked at least 2 hours in advance. A full restaurant menu, including colour pictures, is on display at reception. Payment Information: Credit/debit cards are validated at the time of booking and then must be authenticated on arrival. Guests are therefore kindly requested to bring with them the same credit/debit card they used to make the booking, so that the payment can be authenticated. For third party payments, you should contact the guest house directly. Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited both inside Ingledene House and outside the front door. A special designated smoking area, together with an ashtray, can be found at the side of the property. A GBP 100 cleaning charge will be applied by the guest house to guests violating this policy. Anti-Social Behaviour: Guests are allowed a front door key and are given no curfew, but are prohibited to bring unregistered guests back to the guest house, or to create any disturbance between the hours of 23:00 and 08:00. Guests attempting to do so will be charged an additional amount at the discretion of the guest house management. Arrivals and Check-Out: Guests arriving outside the normal check-in times of 14:00 and 20:00 should contact Ingledene House directly to make special arrangements. It is the responsibility of all guests to coordinate their check-out with Ingledene Guest House before 11:00 of their check-out day. Failure to hand back keys in person to the Ingledene House duty manager may incur an additional charge of GBP 50.
