Ideally located in Blackpool’s peaceful North Shore area, close to the beach, this small, family-run B&B provides 11 comfortable guestrooms within a homely, welcoming atmosphere. The perfect choice for a quiet stay, or just a place to use as a base whilst you take in some of the delights of Blackpool, the New Kent B&B offers a range of facilities, including wide selections of beverages in the bar and free wireless internet throughout. Although it is only small, the New Kent is slowly gaining a reputation for the quality of its service and the intimacy of its atmosphere. We provide many cordial amenities and the breakfast is certainly something to relish!

The North Shore area of Blackpool offers accommodation for the quieter visitor to Blackpool. Walkers often frequent the North Shore cliffs as it offers some of the best scenic views along the Blackpool prom. The distance to the tower is a 20 minute walk and the Pleasure Beach is within easy reach by bus or a tram from the end of the street. The North Shore area of Blackpool is above all a peaceful and quaint place.

Although we do not offer an evening meal at present, our breakfast has already started to build a reputation for itself. We offer butcher's Cumberland sausage along with quality thick cut bacon. There are 10 hot items available with our full English breakfast, not including toast with jams or marmalades, tea or coffee, orange or apple juice. We hope that all guests are full to the brim after eating one of our breakfasts.
