This family-run, licensed hotel located rests in a prime location on the prestigious North Shore. We are one minute away from the picturesque cliff top walks that overlook the Irish Sea. The town center is a short sea side walk or bus ride away. You can take the tram for Blackpool Tower, The Winter Gardens, piers and Pleasure Beach.

Travel from the Promenade to the only roundabout at Gynn Square. Continue north on Promenade, with the sea on your left, and take the third right turn into King Edward Avenue.

Please note that the hotel does not cater for large single sex parties, or stag or hen nights. Over the Easter, May and August Bank Holiday periods, the hotel operates a minimum 2-night booking system.
